CONTROLLED DELIVERY / PILOT

A deployment plan with
clear go / no-go gates.

Each stage produces an artifact, identifies its decision owner and records whether the next stage is authorized. No implementation is treated as complete just because an automation runs.

SIX-GATE DELIVERY MODEL

From agreed scope
to managed operation.

GATE 01 / OWNER + MAVENU

Baseline

Agree one workflow, eligible cohort, current conversion benchmark, staff owner, decision horizon and measurement source.

Output: Baseline and measurement brief.

GATE 02 / CLIENT SYSTEM OWNER

Access and data

Approve least-privilege access, appropriate records, contact permissions, calendar/telephony integration and data handling.

Output: Signed access and data checklist.

GATE 03 / MAVENU IMPLEMENTATION

Configuration

Set fields, actions, owner routing, exceptions, approved knowledge, stop conditions and costs.

Output: Versioned configuration record.

GATE 04 / CLIENT + MAVENU

Acceptance

Test happy paths, opt-outs, ambiguous input, calendar conflict, transfer failure and safety-related escalation.

Output: Accepted QA record and rollback plan.

GATE 05 / OPERATIONS OWNER

Controlled pilot

Launch only approved scope, monitor exceptions and costs, and document changes against a known baseline.

Output: Operating and incident logs.

GATE 06 / CLIENT DECISION MAKER

Continue or stop

Review qualified contacts, actual bookings, completed/collected sales where available, incremental gross profit and support burden.

Output: Expand, revise, maintain or retire decision.
