EVIDENCE / PROOF STANDARD

A credible case study
starts with a baseline.

Mavenu does not publish invented customer results or equate every AI interaction with incremental revenue. Here is how a future deployment should be evaluated.

MEASUREMENT DEFINITIONS

Separate activity,
influence, and results.

01 / ACTIVITY

Handled interactions

Calls, messages, records updated, or other system events. Useful for operations—not proof of incremental revenue.

02 / CONVERSION

Booked next steps

Qualified contacts, bookings, attendance, and accepted estimates. Connect each result to the source record.

03 / VERIFIED VALUE

Sales and collection

Documented sales and, where accessible, collected revenue. Disclose when records are incomplete or provisional.

04 / ATTRIBUTION

AI contribution

Distinguish direct AI conversion, AI-assisted outcomes, and revenue merely occurring after an AI touch.

05 / COUNTERFACTUAL

What might have happened anyway?

Use a suitable pre-period or comparison group when feasible; note demand, seasonality, staffing, campaigns, and small sample sizes.

06 / COST

Contribution economics

Include platform usage, service fees, labor, refunds and relevant costs when presenting a business case.

CASE STUDY TEMPLATE

Publish evidence,
not decorative numbers.

Case studies should use an identified period, qualifying population, intervention, measurement method, outcome, limitations, and client authorization. No fabricated testimonials or logos.

CURRENT EVIDENCE STATUS

Public client results are not presented here yet.

Mavenu will add documented case studies only when results are verified and publication is authorized. In the meantime, the workflow explorer and calculator are illustrative learning tools, not examples of deployed client outcomes.
